I’m just loving this job so much, all of the PIC’s and directors are so kind and the other associates are so loving which makes it like a family, I’m always active around the store helping people which is amazing and there is always something fun coming up. Great job to have with fun tasks to do

Cons

No cons really, Managers are very understanding with health in the heat and understanding on personal life to make the job have no cons

Nice environment to work in and the work is never overly straining. Good benefits and work life balance and company trips are fun.

Cons

Favoritism and nepotism definitely goes on especially amongst management. If you're not in their favorites you will definitely see it affect your hours and will get scrutinized more vs. other individuals that slack off and don't take their job seriously. Feels like high school a lot of the time.
