Great Company needs better bennifits

Pros

Good work environment and great employees. there are locations all over the world. improvements to the software monthly to make it better and easier to sell.

Cons

The benefits are lacking health insurance is expensive. training is not very good you learn on the go. They need to do a better job at driving leads from marketing.
