Amount of work depends on the demand at any given time and can fluctuate greatly; not good for stable income

Flexible Understanding Plenty of opportunities Good matching system to connect tutors and students Detailed lesson plans

Cons

Only allows payment for 15 minutes of lesson prep. Sometimes more lesson prep time is needed based on the student. It would be nice to be paid a little extra for that.
