Pros

Solid place to work and build up your skills. Lots of education is available and peer collaboration is great to assist with your daily tasks. Everyone helps. Great $$ for the weekend shift. The office is amazing, free lunch options twice a week, pool and table tennis, drinks, snacks, lunch and breakfast items are available and free to help fuel your working mind. Great private health insurance.

Cons

- The nature of the beast is NPS scores. Although CI/CD is in play to improve on your next support call, there is pressure to keep NPS scores above 90+% - Being on a call can vary from 20mins to 6 hours, so be prepared to have your day written off.
