Like many companies that have the kind of growth and as fast as Nutrabolt has, there are growing pains. I'll just say this, don't be so sensitive that everything doesn't go your way all the time...sometimes you have to do things you don't like or see the benefit of doing it in order to get to the end goal. Trust the process and give it everything you have...this company gives everyone the opportunity to grow and develop fairly, and you can't complain when you don't get what you want when you feel you deserve it. It's still a business.

Growing pains are evident in some departments. Nutrabolt is a respected name in the industry, with great products on the market. The challenge with growth is new products getting to market. Poor communication from the top down could be the issue, as every new product launch is chaotic and poorly thought out, leaving it to the rank and file to execute getting product to customers, no matter what.
