Pros

Work hard, play hard hard mentality. We practice what we preach here and that means living a healthy lifestyle and owning what we do. The company is truly a family and we believe the success of the company is founded in the people. Opportunity for growth, personally and professionally, is incredible at this company. The company mantra is "Grow and Give Back" and it's such an amazing thing to be able to give back to our communities. The benefits Nutrabolt offers - 401k, free gym membership, free healthy lunches, the list goes on - is absolutely phenomenal.

Cons

If anything at all, the company is still relatively young so sometimes we find that we need to seek the most efficient way or structure in accomplishing goals. It's not that the task at hand doesn't get accomplished, it's how best to accomplish it efficiently and move on the next so we can do even more.

Pros

Solid benefits including unlimited PTO; medical, dental, vision; 401(k) with company matching; lifestyle spending account; HSA

Cons

In-office work is required 3 days per week if you live within 40 miles of the new office. That 40-mile radius circle stretches from New Braunfels to Jarrel, and employees are expected to commute 3x per week. The DEI nonsense gets annoying, but it's during work hours and you're paid. Commuting 1-2 hours per day is unpaid and unforgivable.
