      A sense of community & support from the team One of the best HR teams hands-down Inclusive (It maybe a different now, but when I was there circa 2021, it was diverse on all fronts — including having female executive leadership) Great initiatives & partnerships that involved supporting veterans and drawing attention to underdog talent in sports and fitness. A non-traditional career development track (people had the chance to expand into different roles and responsibilities if it interested them. This helped me pick up additional skills.) Transparency with frequent updates from leadership
