      Inclusive, fast paced working environment. Great colleagues, with a hands on CEO that's very invested in both the company and the people.

      Time zones can sometimes be a little tough but it's a very small con and it's not often.

      Flexible work schedule, remote option, generous PTO, paid maternity and paternity leave, great benefit coverage and premiums, competitive compensation.

      Cons

      Very fast paced and growing rapidly. Can be overwhelming at times, however, leadership does an excellent job at recognizing and rewarding hard work.
