Pros
We currently have a very flexible work from anywhere policy and unlimited PTO which makes balancing the fast paced and often heavy workloads more manageable. I've read a few reviews that seem to mention that your opinions don't matter here, and I refute that and would double down on the narrative and say that if you can't support your opinion with data and an actionable plan, then yes it likely won't matter. If you are hungry and are able to keep the mindset of what have you done for me lately, you will excel here. If you rest on laurels or past achievements or you rely on others to do the work you won't last here or anywhere else for that matter.
Cons
Having aggressive goals means they won't be easy to achieve. This sometimes leads to missed or reduced bonuses which I assure you do have an impact on your livelihood. However a bonus is just that and should not be taken as a guarantee.
