Everyone is excited and energetic as they believe in their product lines. Company is growing rapidly.

Cons

Upper management failed to communicate to managers of issues. Then decided to cut employee citing a politically correct reason which was not correct. The reality was upper management didn't hire me and was filling his staff with his friends that he previously worked with.
