Pros

Most leaders are very understanding and genuinely care about their downline team. Company has volunteer opportunities and includes that in their mantra.

Cons

Austin team has to come back to the office which is not located in an area of Austin that most employees can afford to live in and is not centrally located. The space does offer perks like the gym, IVs and a barista when you’re there. LSA perk doesn’t fairly compensate the Austin team for having to come in when everyone else in the company gets to be remote. Local employees constantly complaining of spending hours commuting
