-Layoffs every year -Constant changes to team, lack of consistency -HR department young and inexperienced -People who work hard, often get taken advantage of -Executive team makes decisions without getting feedback from their teams -Departments operate in silos, and if anything goes wrong, its all about pointing the finger and not working together to find a solution
