Pros

The Supply Chain org is amazing. Love all my coworkers and the camaraderie. Not sure how growth will go long term but there are a lot of small teams. Could be a good place to learn management and grow.

Cons

A surprising number of management titles with 1 or no reports. Again, could be a positive from a growth perspective.
