I can't speak enough about how the opportunities I have been afforded here! The ability to take on and lead projects usually held for extremely seasoned workers in other organizations is invaluable. We have the freedom to do things a little differently and be innovative. There is zero red tape here. Just constant support and resources to make the incredible tangible.
Cons
We move really quickly as an organization, so those who want a very structured environment may feel a bit out of their element.
