Low pay, no growth opportunities, poor management. This company is poorly managed. They don’t know how to budget and there’s always an issue every year where there are budget cuts. My guess is that new HQ renovation that they spent so much money on that includes a basketball court, gym and spa! I feel field marketing is going to be eliminated very soon as it’s the company’s biggest bill! Don’t even bother applying!
