Pros

Great Benefits Recently Competitive Pay Great People

Cons

Executive Leadership - very poor ground-level management. Major decisions affecting day to day business are consistently made at the executive level without any apparent consideration for the general populous. As a publicly traded company, the bottom line is often all that seems to be considered. There is quite a bit of disconnect from the top down, and that is a very observable problem to general employees, even into mid-management. As a staff accountant, I could see the disconnect. At the supervisory level, it's even more apparent.

We agree, there are great people at Nutrien and it is our people that make us successful. Employees who feel management decisions are impacting front-line staff should not hesitate to provide this feedback to their supervisor. We also offer many outlets where you should feel confident to flag your concerns, including anonymous Q&A sessions during employee town halls, smaller departmental town halls, “Chats with Chuck” conversations with the CEO and regular anonymous surveys. These feedback mechanisms have been put in-place to give all employees a voice. You can also send us an email at YourVoice@nutrien.com.

Pros

Fun place to work, good enviornment

Cons

Raises, a quarter a year for a raise wont do it for numerous employees. unlivable wages, only time to make it is to work overtime in which everyone in leadership is trying to cut off. 8 hours a day at 40 hours a week, bi weekly pay at about $1200 is unbelievable for what endorsements they want you to have here in this company.
