Pros

Positive Work Environment. The company does a lot to engage their employees. Whether its career development, personal development, or community engagement, they have programs and measures in place to encourage growth and giving back. Good compensation and flexibility with hours and time off. Huge focus on IT and keeping at pace with our ever changing tech climate. Awesome access to health and fitness programs.

Cons

Benefits could be more robust with flexibility to pick what really matters most to the individual Not enough females in management roles. More diversity across the board is needed. More cross departmental training is needed
