Pros

Company with positive financial outlook, very much immune to oil and gas price fluctuations, Alberta's downturn and Covid-19 negative impact in the economy. Growing steadily over the past several years and upward trend will continue. Great benefits and bonuses with fair-market base salaries.

Cons

Working environment has room for improvement, especially after merger. Career development is limited.

Pros

Great pension, benefits and training.

Cons

Poor location management (on a whole, a few good managers). Get held in one position without being allowed to move up. One of the lower paying employers in the industry. Incentive program is bogus the way it is set up.
