      Pros

      Employees are competent, business is interesting and there is lots to learn.

      Cons

      Very chaotic post-merger. Clash between the 2 cultures is still prevalent and upper management keeps changing. Enormous amount of uncertainty.

      Fast paced, dynamic work environment with tremendous growth and development opportunities. Employee culture supportive and diverse.

      Cons

      Some may feel a little uncertain in short-term as merger work and deliverables sometimes cloud clarity of day to day and longer term job functions - that should work itself out.
