      Pros

      Nutrien is a great place to work. It is hard to believe that Nutrien is the only Company I've worked since I moved to Canada over a decade ago. I keep going because of people. People of different cultural background and diversity, working together to achieve common goal, that alone for me, makes Nutrien a great place to work.

      Nothing really - Nutrien is a sound company with excellent business fundamentals.

      Everyone is very willing to take the time to explain how something works. The company is pushing to bring new and advanced technology into their process making it an ideal place to learn a variety of different types of technology and feel like you are making a difference in the company. Along with this Nutrien is working to continue the growth and sustainability of the world which translates making a difference in the company to making a difference in the world overall. Very competitive salaries with great benefits
