Pros

- Nutrien is heavily involved in the community. There are always events to volunteer at or attend on behalf of Nutrien and you are encouraged to get involved. - Nutrien is rapidly growing, which makes it an exciting company to work for - I feel well respected as an employee and I am treated fairly - Nutrien has a huge safety culture and puts safety above all else - Nutrien is very transparent with its employees and keeps us in the loop as to what the latest news is - Benefits, compensation &holiday time are all extremely fair

Cons

- The merger continues to bring about many changes in the company, which can be stressful to keep up with - Working for such a huge company can make it difficult to build relationships with fellow employees

Pros

What I like most about Nutrien is the learning opportunities provided. A lot of my knowledge comes from on the job learning . They have great agronomy courses and many more helpful classes and seminars. Nutrien strives to better it's employees. Nutrien is also moving in a positive digital direction that is exciting for both employees and growers.

Cons

Some sites need upgrades but they come at a large price. There's older / smaller infrastructure that needs to be upgraded to match the growth of farmers in our area.

Pros

Great support from fellow employees and management. I have stepped out of my comfort zone, taken on new roles and responsibilities and I have the training and support that I needed to feel/be successful.

Cons

Nutrien is growing and changing so much sometimes it can be a challenge to manage that change.
