Excellent people to work with and unlimited potential to move up if you’re willing to work hard.
Cons
The merger has made the company larger, there is still lots of integration work to be done, but the company is starting to grow its own identity, it will take a few more years before the two company identity fads into the past. Benefits from legacy companies was downgraded but more changes are coming next year which should improve.
