      Benefits, potential growth opportunities, reasonable pay.

      Cons

      Depending on your department, leadership can be toxic and condescending. I’ve over heard many not private conversations of lead employees deliberately talking poorly about their team members to other leaders or even team members.

      Decent benefits as far as health insurance

      Cons

      Long hours average pay zero room for advancement unless you’re one of the managers buddies zero accountability from division manager to branch manager. Branch manager gets plenty of time off while the lower employees continue to work and get the jobs done
