Decent place to work

Pros

I love that I am not micromanaged here, I can basically do what I want in office other than set my own hours. Perks of working at one of the smaller branches.

Cons

I often get overlooked due to being female. For everything that I take care of in office I would think it would pay better.

Do not work for them

Pros

The only reason to work for Nutrien is if you can't find a job somewhere else.

Cons

1. They are over budget 2. They are not repairing the infastructure or machinery, leading to dangerous fails and buildings actually collapsing. 3. There is no work/home balance. They do say that's important, but they expect massive overtime. 4. They hire, not based on ability, but on making sure they have a certain number of women, races, etc 5. HR does not take reported issues seriously if the person being reported is a manager. 6. The GM has an open door policy but does not follow up on any concerns or issues
