      This company really has the employee's best interest at heart as well as the customers. Benefits are great; people are great. What else do you need?

      Pros

      Laser focus on safety! Excellent company to work for, lots of benefits and flexibility in each role. No other agricultural retailer is as progressive in thinking as Nutrien Ag Solutions.

      Cons

      Trying to figure out how to pay people what they are worth, which is a great thing. I believe they will get there, just might take a few more years. It is average to good today, it will only get better.
