Pros
Nutrien is the first company I have worked for that is this attentive to employees needs and concerns. For as large as the company is, they still manage to make you feel like an important factor in the operations. The people in my office are the best! Felt like family almost immediately. Awesome benefits as well!
Cons
Don't really have any cons... This isn't the company's fault, but it is hard to keep everyone straight at first. There are so many people at different facilities that we have to interact with, it's hard to keep everyone straight. But that will get easier with time....
