Pros

The team I work with is amazingly supportive and knowledgeable, same goes for several other individuals throughout the company.

Cons

The way RTO has been handled made me question the integrity and honesty of the organization, mainly how the. CEO handled it.

Thank you for your feedback. We believe we are better when we’re together. The move to a more balanced, flexible work arrangement with a minimum three-day in-office requirement is intended to foster in-person connection, which we believe is critical to driving our high-performing culture and developing our people. This arrangement continues to offer flexibility that we know is valuable to our people but also will help to bring our people together and encourage more connectivity in our workspace.

Was a good place to grow your career - now not so much.

Pros

Overall positive experiences within various roles at the company.

Cons

Unwilling to promote high achieving employees who can’t come into the office 3 days a week. You are guaranteed not going to get a promotion again as a remote worker, even if you are the most qualified applicant. I wouldn’t be surprised when they start losing valuable employees (as it’s already began).

Thank you for your comments. At Nutrien, we believe we are better together and therefore, for our corporate offices, we adopted a flexible work arrangement requiring 3 days per week in office to ensure in person collaboration and socialization time exists. There are exceptions for fully remote roles however, as people progress and become increasing accountable for leadership, office presence becomes more relevant. We also encourage you to discuss your concerns with your manager and HR Business Partner
