      Pros

      Can be an exciting place to work. Offers opportunity to help produce revenue for the firm and share in the upside.

      Cons

      Culture and atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired. A few bad apples create a toxic atmosphere that demoralize the working environment. Unfortunately management tends to overlook this so witch hunting goes on unchecked.

      Pros

      This is one of the best investment firms in the city and country. They are very friendly and smart. It is a very good community there.

      Cons

      There are no bad things to say about this place, it is great. It was a very good working environment and that's all.

      Pros

      The Century City offices were very nicely remodeled. They provided free lunches and threw nice Christmas parties until the company started shrinking in size. I loved people I worked.

      Cons

      They don't like to move you around or let you grow in the company. I've asked to be transferred to different teams as I wanted to expand my role, but they never even considered it. And no, it's not like I had no background or education in those areas. They told me I was good at what I was doing and they wanted me in the same position year after year. There was really no challenge, work wise.
