      Very tough company to get hired into full time. Company is run like a retail shop.

      Pros

      I have only been with the company for a few months but like it. and could see myself settling in for a long time. I have a fantastic manager who really makes the difference. It is a pretty standard corporate environment, but if you looking for a stable environment, with appropriate pay, it will do just fine.

      Cons

      After coming from a much more dynamic work environment, this place seems a bit hum-drum, but it is your typical corporate environment so my expectations aren't high.

      - Decision making process is very slow. - Poor communication between groups working on similar projects. - Unorganized. - No internal training programs.
