      smart experienced people flexible work environment in some teams

      Cons

      lots of organizational issues, constant management changes and reorgs on the heels of TIAA acquisition, lots of playing catch-up with competitors vs innovating, poor communications from senior level down, no opportunity for mid-level staff

      Stressful due to micro-managed, tyrannical style of my former boss; lack of appreciation for hard work; terrible training style; incompetence and a non-cohesive, sharing work environment

      Great benefits and great people. If you work for the right people, you could have great job growth potential. All depends on your department and manager.

      Cons

      Not a good place for working mothers, not flexibility with your working hours. Business attire only.
