Sharp, knowledgeable coworkers Management team that cares about front line workers Challenging and interesting work

For at least two years, lack of training has been mentioned as one of their weakest strengths. And yet they do very little to correct it.

Pros

Cool swag like a backpack and water bottle.

Cons

Management has no communication with employees. Employees don't share knowledge with one another. Opportunities for growth are substantially less than opportunities for sleeping on the job.

0. I've been here for a year. I turned down a job making 2x as much doing the same thing just because of how happy I am here.
