      Pros

      Nyla cares about its employees. You're not hired just for one spot on one contract. They will take care of you if the contract ends, or isn't the best match for you. They will work to find something that fits your skills and interest. Great benefits and salary.

      Most of the work is in MD, but they are trying to expand across the US.

      Nyla promotes diversity, inclusion, community involvement and giving back. They walk the talk and lead by example. The CEO and leadership team go out of the way to promote career growth for their employees - even when that involves supporting employees that wish to break off and become entrepreneurs. They genuinely care and believe that by helping others succeed we will all be successful.
