Pros

A firm on the rise with a great management team along with an abundance and variety of opportunities. I have worked for a number of companies claiming to have a great culture... well Nyla really does. Even though I work away from their primary location, I have never felt anything less than fully supported. The benefit package is competitive with any of the larger companies I have worked for and I know management is only looking to improve on them. Nyla has the energy of a startup and has a clear understanding of work life balance. I would highly recommend checking out development opportunities if you are looking for a change.
