      Pros

      I was attracted to Nyla because they have some of the best engineering talent in our space and great technical work on contract with enough of a pipeline to ensure my skills will stay at top of market. I love the energy of the company and how much they care about my well being and success. The pay and benefits are top notch too. Management team is great about feedback and adjust the company goal/policies/practices as needed.

      Cons

      There's a lot of communication that happens on Slack. Working in a SCIF it is hard to keep up with or engaged. But they do have a weekly newsletter and my supervisor and Entourage lead is pretty good about keeping me in sync.

      Pros

      Company leaders have shown to be great at building new business and contract vehicles. Pay is very competitive, benefits great, and the referral program is best I've seen in the industry. Highly recommend as a great small tech company with a ton of momentum.

      Cons

      Just minor con. Time keeping system used is annoying but suspect this will change as company grows.

      Leadership cares about employees' personal goals. Nyla highly values their employees' work and contributions. Provides opportunities for training and knowledge expansion. Offers very competitive retirement and health benefits. Aids employees in obtaining latest technology.

      Name recognition is still expanding.
