Got promoted to full time, get to help people solve problems.

Cons

Low Pay, lies from management to keep you employed, They only care about numbers, they could have the best employee in the world that would do anything and everything for the company but if their relates are not awesome the will not even be noticed and when they are they get a pin of recognition not a raise not a good job not a bonus, just a dollar store pin.
