Business Outlook
Pros
This company is built on very strong values of community, family, and hard work. It has stayed true to those values throughout over 60 years of business practices. The management team is superb. Many of them are people who worked their way up the ladder so they empathize strongly with warehouse/entry level workers. They have practical operations experience.
Cons
The benefits are good, but there is no PTO, Sick Time, etc. until after a full year of employment. That was a huge surprise. The PTO is well below what I've seen with other employers.
