Pros

Employees get a good discount on most parts. Customer service is the key to O'Reilly's success. They drive it hard into their employees.

Cons

There's a lot of "module" training but no real discussion on ASE certifications. Low pay for experienced and educated employees. They have a "key holder" position that is pretty much a way for them to get you to do more work for no raise.
