Pros

Great people, easy to move up in the company, good morals and they are ALL about the customers

Cons

The only one I can think of is the pay, for the amount of money not only me(I am THE top salesman for the store EVERY MONTH...for the past 13 MONTHS!!)and everyone else makes for the company they should be able to atleast double the pay.

They are always hiring ,huge turn over

Bad,bad,bad i wasted more then 4 yrs at this company never got a promotion and the a raise? lol good luck with that maybe like 4cents , management does not care about you whats so ever unless your a family member of management !

Pros

It is a pretty good place to work. They pay ok, but you have to be their for a while to work your way up the pay scale.

Cons

Unorganized at times. People do not tend to stay working their for very long because of the strict time policies.
