This company doesn't care even the slightest bit about it's employees at the retail level, which is odd being as we are the face of the company. Everything is micro-managed obsessively. The only thing that matters at all is the bottom line to them. If your unhappy, find another job. You must always watch your back as you are completely expendable. In the last 3 months I have seen 6 employees I have worked with for years jump ship to reibes/napa auto parts. In five years + I still make less than 13$/hour and the "incentive" pay is a joke.
