flexible hours, pretty chill people to work with for the most part, can help you learn about cars.

Cons

no pay, contradicting leaders, sometimes the customers are not the best but it is to be expected. no backbone.

Pros

The kind of crew you work with can make all the difference. When you have a crew that can get along, it won't feel like work.

Cons

There has been a systematic effort to get rid of full time, non-management employees at the store level. Employee discount has gotten worse. Instead of store cost-plus-10%, it's a flat 25% off the top, if even that.
