AWESOME DISCOUNT!!!!!!!!, cool customers, simple uniform (company shirt, and any pants, boots or shoes you want)

Drama, lazy workers, write up employees for nothing, some horrible customers

Programs to advance with in the Co. Commission program.

Cons

low starting pay, Managers do not stick to making the schedule two weeks ahead like SOP says they are to, really no such thing as a raise. A single person can be a cashier, merchandiser, machinist, retail sales/parts counter, but the pay reflects only a small amount of what you do. Except to work all weekends and holidays but Christmas.
