Pros

O'Reilly has been great to me, I started out as on entry level position at the store and have worked my way up to upper management. The company has a great culture which 95% of their people really live and breathe every day! I have never seen any company quite like it. Also they have a huge heart for customer service and it shows in each of our stores.

Cons

Not the greatest paying company, but if you work hard you can reach a position where you can make a comfortable salary.
