Pros

Most of the employees are awesome to work with. Dealing with regular customers is always fun. Great store management (at my store.) Lots of opportunities to learn new things. Really easy job.

Cons

The pay is the biggest problem. Pay is way below average. Commission is a joke. Lots of poor decisions made by upper management. Store manager doesn't have a lot of authority concerning pay/promotions/terminations.
