Pros

1: great place 2: great co-workers 3: very flexible 4: very willing to work around school 5: very laid back 6: very close knit team(for the most part)

Cons

1: upper management is clueless 2: official policy and managerial decisions often conflict 3: the "counter culture" of the olden days is dying 4: many people that shouldnt be working there are 5: many ignorant customers

Pros

O'Reilly is an outstanding company to work for. They are large enough to have great pull in the market and among their suppliers yet still have a family owned feel. There is every opportunity to grow and develop your career. O'Reilly has some of the best upper management in the industry. Those in Management positions will go out of their way to communicate and even socialize with you.

Cons

O'Reilly's biggest con is their pay. While they compensate their employees fairly, entry level and middle of the road employees are paid on the lower side of the market average.
