Pros

Senior management encourages customer satisfaction above all else, which makes our job much easier. Benefits and several small perks makes one feel comfortable and there is always room for growth within the company. Employees are treated very well by most management, all though, of course, there are a few bad eggs as with everywhere, but overall a good company to work for.

Cons

Some store managers can make it difficult if they are not up to par. This is true of every retail company.
