Opportunity to grow and advance, Great Discounts, probably the best benefit they offer!!!

Cons

They require a lot of work and high expectations, the paper work and inventory counting required can consume a person, while expected to be a leader in sales, You must be able to organize and very good at meeting deadlines with excellent multi tasking skills

The company is cheap and buys up smaller autoparts companies and then slashes all the store managers and district managers that have been at that company and puts in place low paid workers to fill the spots.
