Pros

You recieve all the training you need to be sucessful at your job. Also advancement is encoraged so you recieve any training and support needed for that also.

Cons

Sometimes it is hard to cover all that is needed in a day since like everyone else hiring has been cut back some.

Pros

Good people to work with, good people as customers, decent salary, comparable with other auto parts jobs. Good chance for advancement for someone who wants to move up, and can do the job. If you are a customer driven employee, this is the place to be.

Cons

Sometimes it gets very hectic, sales is the cure all for payroll issues, but when the economy is down, it doesn't provide enough coverage to keep the store open
