Great Boss, Between having a great boss and some significant discounts on auto parts, it makes this job bearable,

Cons

Pay is absolutely abysmal. I don't know if they are expecting kids to do this job, but you get what you pay for.

Decent hours, a lot of PTO to be earned.

Cons

Poor management and policy following. Lying and corrupt management and supervisors that change rules and expectations depending on person making a unfair workplace, high expectations of work load while understaffed and a lack of work life balance, poor core values for employees and unrealistic expectations. They work based on a point system and even if your sick or in an accident or 3 minutes late it hold it against at the fullest degree. Poor communication and inappropriate conduct from supervisors.
