Pros

Good parts discount, can be fun depending on who you work with.

Cons

High turnover, aggressive customers, slow pay increases and constant corpo talk. I was called into work constantly, working 10-20 more hours per week than my manager. O'Reillys will randomy cut back hours too every few years, basically eliminating the ability to push pass 30k a year.

Pros

At least I have a job. We have a few good managers in our district. We have a good DM. Have the basic 401k.

Cons

We do not mean anything to the company. We get no PTO time, No Sick Time, No Vacation Time. Can not buy stock, only 401k. All programs for health, No Bereavement Time & all activities offered to FT aren’t offered to PT (ex free Flu Shots, paid for time off if you’re sick with COVID & etc.) PT doesn’t exist to higher management.
