Pros

Good discount on Parts; Work is generally easy most of times; Some co-workers can be good to work with.

Cons

Wal Mart pays more; co-workers fail to show up/go home early with no repercussions, If DM likes you, rules can be ignored/bad behavior overlooked, DM & SM often lie-don't keep promises or commitments to team members, Pay raises are hard to get, low. Commission structure very weak, can't make any $$ unless at a large/busy store. Hard to desired get time off-often have to submit desired time off 2-4 weeks in advance with no guarantee you will get it Lots of overtime due to team members not showing up-can send you to different stores in area to cover for absent team members. Many customers don't have a clue what they are doing, don't want to fix their vehicles properly and ignore advice/suggestions.
